Cabbage Salad

Cabbage Salad

Thinly sliced cabbage

salt

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

squeeze of lemon

squeeze of lime


optional (recommended) additions:

cumin seed

chopped cilantro

black pepper

thinly sliced onion

thinly sliced jalapeno

a handful of grated carrot


Mix everything in a bowl. This can be eaten right away, but is especially good if it sits for an hour or so in the refrigerator.
