Green Chile

We are taking orders for green chile and roasting bushels each week into October.

Roasted bushels are $60.  

Sandia Select is the hotter variety and Joe Parker the more mild.

Unroasted fresh green chiles are also available for $2.50/pound or $50/bushel (a bushel is a measure of volume that is roughly 25#).
